Where do you deliver?

We deliver every day to businesses and people at work, within a 10 mile radius of Cheltenham.

We now also deliver juice subscription orders to people at home (and people at work), within a 10-mile radius of Cheltenham


What time will I receive my juice order?
Orders received online before 4pm will be delivered to businesses and people at work between 9am and 12pm -Monday to Friday.

Subsciption orders will also be delivered between 9am and 12pm

 

What is a Subscription Order?
A subscription order allows you to order your juices a month in advance. There are various options and discounts available:


4 Juices delivered every Monday for 4 weeks
4 Juices delivered every Monday and Wednesday for 4 weeks
4 Juices delivered every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 4 weeks

4 Juices delivered every day (Monday to Friday) for 4 weeks

4 Juices delivered every day (Monday to Friday for 1 week

 

Subscription orders can now delivered to your home address too.


How much do you charge for delivery?
The cost of delivery is included in the price.


What if I'm not in when you deliver?
All our nutritious juices and smoothies need to be kept refrigerated, so please make sure someone is available at your place of work to receive your order.


If you have ordered a juice subscription to be delivered to your home and you don't think you will be in to receive it, please add a note on the order page advising of a safe place to leave your order.

How long will my juice keep?
All our fresh cold-pressed juices and smoothies are raw and unpasteurised. They will last 2/3 days if kept refrigerated.

 

What is cold-pressed juice?
Juice extracted by pressing is the best, most nutritionally complete juice you can get. It contains up to five times more vitamins, minerals and enzymes than juice extracted by any other method.

 

If I refer a friend do I get rewarded?
Yes – for every friend you refer to us, who places an order, you get £1.00 off your next juice order.

 

I'm pregnant - can I still enjoy your juices?
Because our juices are raw and unpasteurised, we don't recommend them if you're pregnant or breast feeding.

Terms and Conditions

Delivery

The cost of delivery is included in the price of the juice. Deliveries are only currently available within a 10-mile radius of Cheltenham.

If you wish to change the address of your delivery, please advise us in writing via an email, preferably within 48 hours. The new delivery location must still be within a 10 mile radius of Cheltenham and we can only receive instruction from the person who originally placed the order.

All of our juices are made fresh and delivered the same day. Deliveries are made daily to people at work and subscription packages are delivered to people at home, on designated days (based on the subscription package chosen). Most orders will be delivered between 9am and 12 noon, but is subject to adverse weather and traffic conditions. We do schedule regular Detox Plans and will endeavour to deliver the juices within the plan before 9am, where possible.

If your juices are being delivered to your place of work and you are not available to collect them directly, please ensure that a colleague or reception staff have been informed and are happy to accept the juices on your behalf. For juices being delivered to your home, and you are not going to be in, please advise of a safe place to leave your juices.

Refunds

Our juices are fresh, unpastuerised and highly perishable. They will arrive chilled and must be refrigerated immediately on delivery. If they are kept refrigerated at all times our cold-pressed juices will last for 2 to 3 days. We advise that our smoothies are drunk on the day they are delivered. Once delivered, the juices are your responsibility and we cannot be responsible for juices that have been left to perish. If there are any problems with your order or you believe your juice to be damaged, please contact us immediately. You must let us know within 3 hours of delivery, in order for us to refund or replace your order. We will collect your damaged juice from you, so please keep it. We cannot refund or replace your purchase if it has already been consumed.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, we must receive the cancellation in writing via email, from the person who made the original booking. Due to the nature of our business, cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your delivery date. If you cancel your order 48 hours before your scheduled delivery you will receive a full refund (unless part of a subscription order; for details, please see below)

Our subscription packages are not rolling subscriptions (i.e. you will need to order and pay for your monthly subscriptions each month). If you wish to cancel a subscription, cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your delivery date. Once you have started a monthly subscription you cannot cancel it or receive a refund.

If you wish you stop your subscription part way during the month, due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e. we may deliver juices to your place of work but you have to travel away for a couple of days), please advise us in writing, via email or text, preferably 48 hours beforehand. The email or text must be sent from the person who originally placed the order. Please also advise of the date you which to resume delivery of your subscription.

If you have purchased a Detox Plan, cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your delivery date. If you need to change the date you wish to start the plan, please advise 48 hours prior to the original start date.
Once you have started a Detox Plan you cannot cancel it or receive a refund.

If there are any juices included in your monthly subscription or Detox Plan that you would like to exclude from further deliveries or have replaced with an alternative juice, please advise us in writing, via email, as soon as possible (and at least 48 hours before your next delivery).

Allergens

All allergens are listed and detailed on the ordering page. We cannot be responsible for an allergic reaction you may have to the ingredients that are clearly listed. If you have any known allergies, please let us know (leave a message in the box on ordering) and we will contact you to discuss alternative juice options.

Health Advice

Our juices are 100% raw and unpasteurised and may therefore contain harmful bacteria. As a result unpasteurised juices are not considered suitable for pregnant or breast-feeding women, small children or anyone with a weakened immune system. We strongly recommend, if you are intending to use your juices as part of a 'juice cleanse' or have purchased our Detox Plan, you seek medical advice before embarking on a nutritional program. If you are on medication, we also advise that you speak to your doctor before embarking on monthly subscription or Detox Plan. The Cotswold Juice Company will not be liable for any illness or sickness occurring whilst on a monthly juice subscription or Detox Plan.

Why Organic? We simply don't want to use vegetables and fruit that are laden with a plethora of pesticides, fungicides and other chemicals found in normal farming methods. As a result of using organic produce, not only do our juices taste amazing but they also contain approximately 70% more antioxidants too!

 

Why cold pressed juicing? Juice extracted by pressing is the most nutritionally complete juice, containing 5 times more vitamins, minerals and enzymes than juice extracted by any other method. A normal, centrifugal juicer allows oxygen and heat to destroy vital nutrients and enzymes that are beneficial to the body.

 

When you drink a cold pressed juice, digestion absorption time is 10-15 minutes with 65% of nutrients absorbed. When you eat fruit and vegetables, digestion absorption is 3-5 hours with only 17% of nutrients absorbed.**
